Founded in 2005

Sherrod Advisory Group is comprised of several divisions to service the needs of our clients. We are a group of professionals who desire to provide the highest quality of real estate and business advisory services. We started our business as Sherrod Realty Group, a residential firm servicing the Greater Cincinnati community in residential sales and services. Sherrod Realty Group was the bedrock of our business. As our company began to grow, our clients required additional services. We started our commercial real estate division to facilitate redevelopment, retail, apartment, and light industrial sales and services. These additional services allowed us to service all of our clients’ needs at one shop. We began working with lenders to service residential and commercial REO properties. Although commercial real estate services have many moving parts, we have learned through deal flow, continuing education, and collaborations with other commercial brokers how to best service the needs of our clients. 

We didn’t stop there; we started New Frontier Property Management to facilitate our small and large institutional clients with their property management needs. We learned that our clients needed assistance in accessing capital, so we created West Liberty St. Capital to help our clients with their financial services through our hard money lenders, local and regional banks and private investors. Our latest new venture is Sherrod Business Advisors, which offers advisory, consulting and brokerage services.

We have not left any stone unturned.
