We started our business as Sherrod Realty Group, a commercial firm, and capital markets servicing the Greater Cincinnati community in residential

sales and services. 

Sherrod Realty Group was the bedrock of our business.

As our company began to grow, our clients required additional services. We started our commercial real estate division to 

facilitate redevelopment, retail, apartment, and light industrial sales and services.

These additional services allowed us to service all of our clients’ needs at one shop.

We began working with lenders to service residential and 

commercial REO properties. Although commercial

real estate services have many moving parts, we have learned through deal flow, continuing education, and collaborations

with other commercial brokers how to best service the needs of our clients.
